1. Physically inspect and troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge T350 Server
- Inspected and documented existing server network settings (IPv4 and IPv6 Properties)
- Inspected and documented existing server backup settings
- Inspected and documented existing server sharing settings
- Inspected and documented existing server internet speed settings
- Inspected and documented existing server current roles and features
- Inspected and documented existing server update settings
- Inspected and documented existing server physical ethernet ports and power cords
- Inspected and documented existing server storage settings (inspected and tested main 4TB HDD/C: Drive/OS Drive and associated partitions)
- Documented numerous areas that need to be fixed.
- (All Computer and Electronic Servicing is not contracted for any ongoing support for this device. All existing server settings and programs were configured from previous/other companies/devices and/or third party software companies. The work done per this invoice was in preparation to configure devices to final best practices and client specific settings)
2. Physically inspect and troubleshoot network switches and ethernet cabling
- Inspected three network switches with numerous ethernet cables to troubleshoot physical connections and internet speeds
- Documented numerous areas that need to be fixed.
- (All Computer and Electronic Servicing is not contracted for any ongoing support for these devices. All existing network/switch settings and application/physical connections were installed/configured by other companies/individuals. The work done per this invoice was in preparation to configure devices to final best practices and client specific settings)
3. Physically inspect and troubleshoot Protectli Vault FW4B Firewall
- Inspected physical firewall device and documented all incoming/outgoing connections
- No documentation/information regarding setup, access, configurations, passwords, etc. was made available by client
- Attempted to access GUI/firewall settings via server but was unsuccessful
- Documented numerous areas that need to be fixed
- (All Computer and Electronic Servicing is not contracted for any ongoing support for this device. All existing firewall settings and physical connections were installed/configured by other companies/individuals. The work done per this invoice was in preparation to configure devices to final best practices and client specific settings)
4. Physically inspect and troubleshoot office workstations
*Inspected numerous settings on Two workstations:
- Work station to be named WORKSTATION010:
- Inspected OS and update settings
- Inspected storage and network settings
- Documented numerous areas that need to be fixed
- Work station to be named WORKSTATION 011:
- Inspected OS and update settings
- Inspected storage and network settings (including physical ethernet port and neighboring incoming ethernet connections coming from wall)
- Documented numerous areas that need to be fixed
