*Resolved Printing Issue in Service Department, Setup new printer and added 5 laptops to new printer, installed necessary software on 5 laptops, conducted troubleshooting on printer in Parts Department, analyzed and documented network & firewall settings, contacted Auto/Mate to ensure proper connections on their end, discussed next steps and will provide additional updates.
*Additional work must be completed. All Computer will contact Cisco and schedule an appointment to finish analyzing, configuring, and setting up firewall to ensure all devices are able to connect problem free.
