  • All Devices undergo a rigorous diagnostics health test where we test (if applicable) the condition of your hard drive, battery, run virus scans, test temperatures, disassembly (if necessary) and anything else necessary to determine the cause of your issue.

*Diagnostics fee IS credited towards any additional costs that may be incurred.

*Additional fees will apply for any/all repairs. You will be informed of any/all potential costs once the diagnostics is complete and you have the option to proceed with the repair or have your device returned with no questions asked. Visit us today!
