  Sean, from the start , was great to work with, as he always followed up with me during the process of repairing my laptop. He diagnosed my laptop, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and the price was very reasonable. Trust is a key when selecting a business for help, along with great customer service! Location downtown was a plus. Sean provides all this, and provides the quality work and short turnaround. - I will definitely call him again when I need any computer work. He will treat your computer, like it is his own.

  My computer suddenly stopped working late on Saturday night, and I found out the hard way that no other place except this one was open on Sundays. I was, frankly, desperate. All Computer and Electronic Servicing: -Reached out to me in spite of their main location being closed due to a major order. -Came to pick my computer up. -Fixed it (the issue was thankfully not a too major one) -Let me know what was wrong and how to avoid it happening again -And brought it back like five hours later, completely fixed. They were very communicative and wow, I could not recommend these people more. If I ever have any computer problems again - or if anyone else I know in Tally does - I'm definitely pointing them in this direction! If I could give more than five stars I genuinely would. I lucked out, big-time.

  As many other reviews have said, Sean runs this thing. So well. Let me start by saying I'm a complete PC novice and new to desktop gaming (previously owned gaming laptop). I called him originally asking to build/move my PC to a new case, for him to give me an honest and kind answer of "you don't actually need to do that for what you're looking for. Just add some fans etc." and it was exactly what I needed. He spent a good hour and a half explaining (basically teaching me FOR FREE lol) on the phone how this works and really helped me trust in what he was saying. He even helped me pick the new parts that I wanted for my PC. We had a hiccup of my motherboard dying, but once I got it replaced under warranty I hit him up and he fixed it the next day. And it was returned the next day too! Super thoughtful and helpful individual who clearly knows everything to know about PCs and building them. I'm so glad I decided to call this business instead of the other many computer repair shops in town. GO HERE IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT!!!!!!

He went above and beyond to see to it that my laptop was up and running to my satisfaction doing extensive test before declaring my motherboard "dead". He even reached out to Dell as a Dell partner to insure that they handled the replacement of my motherboard properly and without issue. He then completed my memory and hard drive upgrade flawlessly. He did it all within his quote for service without any upcharge whatsoever. Outstanding service - will use him again without hesitation if the need arises.

  I came in because I had a broken screen. Not only did they repair the screen for the cheapest price they also cleaned up my computer files so it was running faster and cleaner than before.   I called asking a question about my MacBook Pro. Essentially Apple had covered a fix for certain models but not other models with the same issue. I spoke with Sean asking to get a quote for the fix. Sean was extremely honest and patient with me. He even went out of his way to do research on the issue and get the best under standing of all of my options. He called me later to walk through the options and find the best case scenario. Absolutely recommend any place whose employees are this honest and patient.

  My hp computer crashed and as the world knows we depend on them for work and/or other documents and sites. I called these guys hoping for the best. They exceeded my expectations. Sean my tech guy, went above and beyond. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and because they also work remotely came to my home and sat with me for over an hour showing me what I needed to know and answered questions. He was strictly professional, came with a mask, and urged me to stay in contact if I had any further issues. I feel like I have a new computer. 5 Stars

  Punctual and professional. Set a date and time over the phone and shocked to see they arrived on time. Businesses usually give a time range most fail to fall within. Not this one. Staff was very helpful and detailed in products they offer. Set up security system and assisted with virus protection plan with all electronic devices. A one stop shop for any tech needs recommend highly!

  Brand new laptop was hacked and locked with random ware. I was not able to access my thing’s. Best Buy tried to up sell me into a new laptop because they could not access it either. This company went to my home, same day appointment and in about 30mintutes later, I was able to get into my laptop. Ace recovered my things pictures and even set me up with an antivirus. Well worth the money. Will use again if needed!
