In Home Computer Repair First Hour Only ensures that your device(s) is/are fixed and running better than ever. Most of the repairs can be done on site while others have to be done at our repair location.

*This service includes one (1) of the following on multiple devices:
- Removing all infections (viruses, adware, spyware, and potentially unwanted programs), removing all unnecessary programs, disabling/removing all unnecessary start-up programs, and disabling/removing all unnecessary services.
- Simple repairs and help with device
- Assistance with setting up and troubleshooting network
- Assistance with setting up and troubleshooting tablets
- Assistance with setting up and troubleshooting gaming consoles
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Setting up email
- Installing hardware
- Computer screen replacement
- Computer setup
- Assistance with smart home devices
- Installing operating system
- Installing memory
- Assistance with software installation and troubleshooting
- Help with resetting passwords
- Assistance with transferring or backing up data
*This service is required for ALL in home service work and is ONLY for the first hour of time spent on location.
*Time spent on location begins once technician physically arrives at service address/location. Official arrival time will be documented via phone call, text message, email, etc.
*All on site work is billed in increments of thirty (30) minutes to sixty (60) minutes with a minimum of one hour on site work.
*To add additional 1 Hour Residential In Home Service ($150.00 Per Hour): Residential In Home Service One Hour on Site Work
*To add additional 30 minute Residential In Home Service ($75.00 Per Hour: Residential In Home Service 30 Minutes on Site Work
