We know how frustrating it can be when our devices aren’t working as we expect or need them to! Our expert technicians can diagnose your device to determine what is wrong and determine the best course of action to get your device working as it should. We provide updates and screenshots in real time so you can see the issue with your own eyes.
When we identify the problem, we will share the results with you so you know what needs to be fixed and what the repair costs will be. If you want us to proceed with the repair, we will continue with resolving the issue and update you once the device is fixed.
*IF CLIENT CHOOSES TO PROCEED WITH ALL COMPUTER AND ELECTRONIC SERVICING REPAIRING THE ISSUE, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL BEFORE DEVICE(S) IS/ARE RETURNED. NO DEVICE(S) WILL BE RETURNED UNLESS FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. IF CLIENT FAILS TO PAY FOR REPAIR WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER WORK IS COMPLETE, CLIENT FORFEITS DEVICE(S) TO ALL COMPUTER AND ELECTRONIC SERVICING. A $100 late fee will be assessed for all accounts that are delinquent for 7 days. If account is delinquent for more than 7 days, late fees in the amount of $2.00 per day will be assessed thereafter with no cap in the amount of late fees that may be assessed.
